Transport, store, and serve

Give your dessert the care it deserves.

Follow these steps from pickup through serving to help protect the finish, structure, and flavor.

Keep it cool

Place your dessert on the floor of an air-conditioned vehicle.

Drive gently

Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Carry from below

Pick up and carry the box from the bottom only. Keep the dessert level during transport, storage, and display.

Refrigerate

Keep the dessert refrigerated in its box until 1–3 hours before serving, then serve at room temperature.

Prepare to cut

Remove decorative items and support dowels before cutting and serving.

Store leftovers

Return any leftovers to the refrigerator promptly.
